Crispino M. Pastore is co-founder and managing attorney-mediator of Main Line Family Law Center. He has passionately dedicated his entire legal career to personalized client service in a variety of legal settings. He has always believed that every client deserves a sincere lawyer who will carefully listen to their unique needs, help them find the most reasonable and practical resolution, and exceed the client’s expectations.

As Main Line Family Law Center’s co-founder, the goal of his practice is not only to assist clients with these same principles in mind, but to revolutionize this area of family law.  The key is to generate widespread community awareness of the great gift of mediation so that anyone can benefit, regardless of particular needs and circumstances.

Cris brings to his practice over 25 years of valuable legal experience and perspective. He has previously represented private family law clients for many years in all phases of domestic law litigation including child and spousal support/APL, alimony, custody matters, equitable distribution, protection from abuse and adoption matters.

When Cris discovered a better way to help his separating and divorcing clients, he dedicated his career exclusively to mediation. He has personally handled hundreds of mediation cases while being responsible for hiring, training, managing and inspiring a team of attorney-mediators to achieve high levels of performance in their own mediation practice.

A lifelong passion for Villanova basketball, Cris coaches girls' basketball as part of Main Line Girls Basketball Association.

Cris is a member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators and PA Council of Mediators. He frequently speaks on the topic of mediation at universities, conferences, and in the community. A graduate of Villanova Law School, Crispino lives in Havertown with his wife, and co-founder, Sharon, their two daughters, and two guinea pigs.
