She has served as a law clerk for numerous LGBT Rights Organizations including, The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, Equality Advocates Pennsylvania and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) LGBT Rights Project. Rebecca was a Dean's Fellow at American University, Washington College of Law for Professor Nancy Polikoff.
