At 15 years old, Henry Yampolsky immigrated from Ukraine to the working class town of Scranton, PA. The struggle to learn English and belong led him on a magical motorcycle road trip across the Himalayas, and to the knowing that resolving all conflict starts from within. Listen as Henry translates this wisdom to help couples in conflict communicate and find calm through the storm of divorce. Henry is a collaborative lawyer, conflict coach, Sattva yoga master, and founder of Living Peace Institute.

He is also the co-creator of Dis-Solving Conflict from Within (tm), a four-step mindfulness based conflict coaching tool for turning our attention inward in conflict. 

He has taught mediation, conflict de-escalation, mindfulness and compassionate communication skills around the world, including to the members of the New York Police Department, senior UN diplomats, corporate and civic leaders and legal practice group. 

A Master level Sattva Yoga teacher, trained by the Sattva Yoga found, Anand Mehrorta, in India, Henry uses the deep wisdom of Yoga in his conflict resolution teaching and coaching practices.

Henry is also a member of the Divorce Support Network at Main Line Famiy Law Center.
